Speaker1:
So here's the big question how are entrepreneurs like us who have been hustling and struggling to make it to success, who seem to make it one step forward

Only to fall? Two steps back. We're getting. And drip. How do we finally break through? That is the question. This podcast will give you. My name is Brian. This is the. Body business show.

Speaker2:
Hello, everyone, and welcome, welcome, welcome to the Mind Body Business Show. Ooh, baby, we have another fantastic show lined up for you tonight because of our guest expert who you are going to meet very, very soon. It is Mariko Frederich. She's coming on very, very soon. Cannot wait to share her with you. Her brilliance, her experience, her what she's gone through in her life, how she's overcome. Amazing, amazing woman and amazing story. You're going to love it and you're going to want to stay till the very end. I kid you not. There's going to be a value packed show, as always and uniquely so each and every time the mind body business show is a show that I had put together with you in mind, the the small business owner, the entrepreneur, the person that's looking for that additional information to take them to the next level. And what I found in doing this show and in basically studying successful people over the last 10 years, I was just looking for what makes successful people tick. I found there were three components that kept rising to the top as I studied over that decade. And they were the three components that are the name of the show. Mind being mindset, where each and every individual I studied who was successful. Had a very positive, powerful and most importantly, flexible mindset and then body. They literally took care of themselves physically and through nutrition and business.

Speaker2:
Business is very multifaceted. There are many, many skill sets that one needs to master or delegate to others who have mastered those to really grow a thriving business. Skill sets like sales, marketing, team building, systematizing leadership. The list goes on and on. And we talk about those skill sets and what are the most important ones today. For each individual as they go forward, we might ask that question tonight. I don't know. We are kind of shoot from the hip and have a good time. And but I guarantee you, you will get value from this, especially from someone like Marico, because she is going to have some incredible wealth. Bearing value for you tonight, there are going to be bombs dropping left and right, you'll actually see them. It's it's quite fun. Smart bombs, bombs of wisdom. And I can't we could bring Iran in just a moment. But before we do that, another phenomenal trait of very successful people, I noticed, was that to a person, they were very boorishness readers. And by readers, I mean readers of books and not just any book, but they'll write books that will help propel them farther into the future for their own business and for their personal lives. And with that, I want to briefly segway into a very short segment I affectionately call bookmarks.

Speaker1:
Bookmarks for and to read bookmarks. Ready, steady, read bookmarks brought to you by reach your peak library dot com.

Speaker2:
Yes, there you see Richard Peak Library dot com right there. Hey, real quick word of just friendly advice is please, please, please, instead of clicking away and typing in the resources you're going to hear tonight. This being one of them. Write it down. Either type it in in your notepad, on your computer or get out, you know, an old fashioned pen and paper. I've got that with me right by my side. I take notes during this very show myself. And so the reason is, is because the magic happens in the room. And I would just hate for you to have your attention off somewhere else when Marico comes in and says something that could have changed your life forever and you missed it because your attention was elsewhere. Write it down quickly. Keep your gaze on attention on the screen if you're watching. And keep your ears listening if you're listening to our podcast after the fact. And be sure to take notes. And I kid you not. You will. You will propel yourself much farther and much faster by doing it that way. I just know that from doing it from experience. So appreciate you for listening to that. Reach your peak library dot com. That is a website that I had my team put together with you in mind. I know it sounds a little cheesy, but it's true. These books that are listed here are books that I personally read and vetted. And what does that mean? That means not every book I've ever read is in this list. Only those that actually had a profound impact on me, either in business or in my personal life or even in both. And but the interesting thing is, I didn't start reading until about a decade ago.

Speaker2:
I just turned fifty seven. I didn't start reading. Tell us about forty seven. I kid you not. And then I learned about the power, the sheer power of reading. It blew my mind how one could advance so quickly, just by reading very inexpensive books that you can buy on Amazon. And that's what those buttons do on this on this site. This is not a moneymaking website. This is a website for you, a gift to you so that you can go to a single place and know at least one other successful person has buried them. Does it guarantee that will have profound impact on you? No, but it increases the odds that it will. And so you can come here there in no particular order. See, the first one that jumps off the screen that you like, that you haven't read, or maybe you want to read it again. If you don't have it on yourself, on your person, just click the button, grab a copy, read it, and you can get it in any form you desire. I personally love Audible because I love listening to books more than reading. That's probably one of the main reasons I didn't read for so many years, because I just didn't know that reading would basically tire my butt out. I wouldn't finish the book because it was too aggravating to my eyes listening. I love listening to books. So anyway, that is there for you. Reach your peak library dot com. And you know who else is here for you and what else is here for you and is about to come on screen and join you and share her brilliance. You got it. It's Marico Frederick. Here she comes.

Speaker1:
She's come around. It's time for the guest expert, spotlight savvy, skillful, professional and deft, trained, legally qualified. And there she is, ladies and gentlemen, the one the only medical Frederich. Hello, hello. Hello, everyone.

Well, we thought that's a good one. Morakot Frederick Welcome officially, formally to the show.

Speaker1:
Thank you. Thank you for that beautiful introduction, too.

Speaker2:
Oh, yes. And you wrote every word of it. That was beautiful. It was phenomenal. I truly I truly loved it. And what I love about that, Michael, I love to hear about one's business and what they stand for, their mission, their purpose, maybe sometimes their experience, how they've helped clients. There's so many different forms of these. And what I like to really do is I like to peel the onion back just a little bit and find out, you know, there's a reason for everyone where they are today. There's a reason for their level of success. There's a reason for their lack of success. And it's all because of what's going on between those those ears on their head. And obviously, you're having success, Marichal, and you're doing a lot of things. You're making changes. You're just a woman on a mission for you. I'm curious what is going on inside of that beautiful brain of yours? When you get up in the morning, what motivates you to keep going and do this day in and day out?

Speaker1:
I remember the day after day.

Speaker3:
So for me, you know, I think it's different for everyone. But for me, it probably goes back to when I was twenty nine and I had a near-death experience. I really saw what I was meant to do, and I struggled for over a decade because I was too sick to do it. So now that I'm healthy, now that I'm able to to to create what I'm here to create and do it, I'm here to do, you know, every morning I wake up and I'm I love what I do. I'm absolutely in love with my programs. And that motivates me every day.

Speaker2:
That it's so important. Is it important to love what you do? I mean, it sounds like a dumb question, doesn't it?

Speaker1:
But, you know, a lot of people don't.

Speaker2:
Yeah. So many people will go after the money or whatever the money stands for more than they will go after what really compels them and drives them. It's almost maddening to see that, in my opinion. I mean, have you have you run into people like that, Marco, and in your life experience all the time?

Speaker3:
And the worst part is it's it's just they don't know that actually the happy you are, the more aligned with what you're here to do, that you are. The more money you're going to bring in, the money will come when you align with what you're here to do. And yet we I think we are programed and trained and conditioned to go to school, get a good job and do something that will create stability and money. And it doesn't mean you're successful and happy. It means that you might have money and not be very happy or not have either.

Speaker2:
Where were you right before I stepped foot onto that college campus?

Speaker1:
I know you're telling me.

Speaker2:
And yes. Yes, is seen. Marco is amazing. Yes.

Speaker1:
Thank you.

Speaker2:
How are you? I hope I'm saying that right. Buchanan is saying hello to you.

Speaker3:
Oh, hi, Cindy. Oh, my goodness. Hello, everyone.

Speaker2:
They're just coming on left and right. Thank you so much for coming on. I love having people comment, interact and please, by all means, if you have questions for as we go on, then go ahead and drop that in the comments as well. We love we love all of this. So participation is very, very Welcome. So and especially by such a wonderful, loving crowd that you have here, Marco. That's fantastic. So talk about the fact that you've had some issues that come up in life and you things were changing. We had a little a very short chat right before we got on live here. And I was wondering, based on what you're comfortable with revealing, what has happened with you recently, because you did some major shifts as a result of a major couple of incidents. And I think it would be really good for people to understand that it's OK to make changes and to be awake and listen to the signs that are telling them to change. And I'm hope I'm on on part here because I don't know. But if you wouldn't mind telling that story, that would be phenomenal.

Speaker3:
Yeah, absolutely. You are exactly on par. So I think, you know, what is the key parts of business is leadership. But it's not about leading other people. It's about leading yourself. And it's about leading yourself and being able to hold it all. And so we did briefly talk about a couple of things that happened, and there's so much more. But, you know, you know, and some of the people here watching know that I'm my sister and I lost both of our parents within six months. My mom passed away last month and my father passed away in January. And it it changes you and it changes your perspective. But I think it can go either way. Right. You could either really be down. And and, you know, I think grief takes on different forms. And so it's OK, whatever happens. But for me, I just got real. I got real with who I am. I got real with what I'm here to do. I got unapologetic about all of it. And I just started to become even more of me and expand more into who I really am. And so that, you know, was it's been coming. But I think that was probably a really big catalyst for for what's going on now in my business.

Speaker2:
And so you you had a certain business model, a certain approach, and then after these horrible incidences occurred in your life, you made a major shift in change. I mean, what kind of changes that you make and what what has been going on in your mind emotionally as you're doing it? And now that you've you're still in that transition? Maybe. But what's going on in your mind? Is it is that a lot of feelings? Is it one of liberation? Is it of I finally figured out what I wanted, what's going on?

Speaker3:
All of it? Yeah. I mean, because, you know, as as a leader, as a woman, that any entrepreneur or any person, you don't have to be an entrepreneur to do this. But as as a being who leads herself into my own destiny, into what I'm here to do, you know, I do have to be able to hold all of it. And so that means I'm holding the grief, I'm holding the sadness, and I'm holding the joy. And so it's it really it really just got me honest about who I am and what I want to do. And so I'd say the really enormous change is I stopped doing what I was supposed to do. I threw out all the roles and I started creating my own world. And when I did that, it was like the universe was like, awesome. And then more started coming to me and I became more and more and more successful. And I just having so much fun. And I think that's probably like the biggest surprise is when I tell you something that sounds really sad that happened. And yes, there is grief, but being able to hold it all, there's also immense joy. Right. My parents were older. My mother was eighty nine years old. So this is not unexpected. And I'm able to finally hold all of it and hold the joy and hold the grief, hold the success and be unapologetic about it. And I say unapologetic about success, because a lot of times we have guilt around making a lot of money, especially if you have any kind of spiritual business, which I do. I help people build a business from their soul. So there's a definite deep spiritual work that we do. And to talk about that, the spiritual side of things and talk about making a lot of money. You know, people have issues with that. And so you just have to get over who you think you're supposed to be and just go be who you're meant to be.

Speaker2:
That is a great segway of a tip basically about look, because Maréchal, I know she helps people. She loves helping people. I personally want her to be showered in wealth. Abundantly. Why? What do you think she will do with that wealth? I hope she has fun with it as well as I know it. She will also do is scale her business so she can help more people. We want people like Maréchal and most entrepreneurs I've ever met. Everything that drives them is not them. It's helping others. And I love being around entrepreneurs because they are such you know, they're such a misnomer when people hear the word entrepreneur that don't truly know what it means. They think of somebody that's wealthy and snobby and snooty and doesn't want anything to do with anybody because of, you know, shows and media and all kinds of crazy stuff. But nothing could be further from the truth. This right here, I'm pointing at Marco. This is a perfect example of what a true entrepreneur is, someone who loves what they do, who loves because she's helping people. And my gosh, let's bestow blessings of massive wealth upon her from this day forward so she can keep doing what she's doing for a long time, number one.

Speaker2:
And number two, so she can help many more people exponentially more than what she's helping right now. She's she may be helping hundreds or thousands, I don't know. But let's let's have that help that grow by just putting that out there and saying, I wish and I bless Maréchal with massive, incredible wealth showered upon her. And absolutely. Absolutely. So that those who are so much. You're very welcome. And, you know, it's part of that is a lesson to each individual out there. If you're in the process, if you love helping people, if that's what's driving you, regardless of the service you're offering. But the result of your service that you offer, help somebody and then charge them what you're worth charging more than you think that you are worth, because we all devalue what we're worth and what we know and be OK with making a lot of money so you can do exactly the same thing and help more people. Just like Marco said, get over it and be done with it. Move on. No longer doing what you're supposed to do or supposed to think. Right. Monica.

Speaker3:
Oh, and I would say I want to push you even further instead of saying charge what you're worth. Charge what you want. Charge what you want to. Don't charge your worth because you're priceless. Let's face it, you're priceless. And so you're going to have issues when you charge your worth because like, am I really worthy of that? What do you want to charge? What's the no charge that charge that. And because what happens is you get lit up about a number like. I love that. No. Right. We all. I don't know. I have I have a favorite number. I get lit up about that number. The universe gets lit up about that number. Everybody else gets lit about that. Lit up about the number. And then the number starts dropping into my bank account. Because I love the number. The universe doesn't have any issues with money. Right. So I love that. No, I'm attracting that. No charge what you want to charge, not what you think you should charge, not what he's what who's doing what? Don't do any of that. Do what you want to do.

Speaker2:
Charge what you want to charge. You are priceless. Oh, that's a bomb dropping on 11. That's right. No, it's bombs. Wisdom's wisdom bombs. Smart bombs. That's that's Maréchal right here. She is dropping them. And I love that. That is fantastic. You are priceless. Yes. Charge what you want to charge. Definitely. And so many. So many. My goodness. I work with so many people where I see what they're charging. I'm like. And I know what they're doing. Are you kidding me? You got a 10x that. That is nowhere near what? Yeah. Mhm. Is 10x it. And that's the other thing for people that don't want to either make a lot of money or charge too much. Is that the perception one gets? So if you have a product that's ten dollars and someone else has the same part that that you have and it's very valuable, but they're charging one hundred dollars. Oftentimes people buy more of the hundred than the ten because they value it more just because. And so it's amazing how the human mind works, but just keep those things in consideration. Boy, I'm going off on the coaching and preaching train here, so

Speaker3:
I love it.

Speaker2:
You've been through a lot, and I'm very sorry about your situation.

Speaker1:
Thank you.

Speaker2:
I've lost my mom some time ago to breast cancer. Actually, this is because not because but for my wife, who is also going through breast breast cancer at this moment. So I shaved my head in support of her. And until she's declared cancer free, only started doing a couple of weeks ago.

Speaker3:
Oh, and it's coming. It's coming. We'll be celebrating her.

Speaker2:
It's going to be short really soon. She's been through all treatments. She's doing great. She's going to survive. We're not worried about that at all. But it's been you know, it's been tough going through the treatments and stuff. But anyway, you've been through a lot. A lot of I think anybody on the planet has been through their own trials and tribulations that they've been on this planet for any length of time. Chris Frederick, preach. Yes.

Speaker1:
I love it.

Speaker2:
I had to put that up there. That was great. So, yeah, you've been through a lot. And do you find, Marico, that sometimes that what life has presented us? Makes us stronger, even if it's a horrible situation or horrible incident. Have you ever noticed that

Speaker3:
If you let it, if you let it? Sure. Every single time, yes. Yes, absolutely. A thousand percent. If you let it. So if you don't stay in the story of how horrible things are and you let it expand you into who you're meant to be, let the universe do its job on you, then. Yeah, every nightmarish you can't believe this is happening thing can grow you and people go through. But but but what about my child died? What about, you know, really bad stuff again? It can expand you. I'm not going to say those things are a blessing because they're not. But I will say it will expand you if you let it.

Speaker2:
There's an old saying alos you can either let your circumstances control your attitude or you can let your attitude dictate your circumstances. And as the thing we all, you know, look, where we're on this earth is a broken hearts. We're going to go through trials. We're going to have issues. We're going to have loved ones passed. We're going to have illnesses come in. And it's our choice. Every one of us individually how we react and choose to react to that. Sure. Is it OK to be literally pissed off for a while when it happens? Yeah, we're human. We have emotions for a reason. Is is it OK to, you know, bereave a last one? Yes, please. I spend the time you need. But the whole thing is you have now you have the choices. Once you've gone past that initial phase is what do I do now? Well, it's your choice. You got two directions you can to go on a productive path. You can go to a destructive path. And goodness sakes, this is a lot of fun.

Speaker3:
It is. And then and then it's not even. What are you going to do? Who are you becoming? Who are you being now? Who are you being? In that moment of my world is falling apart. And who are you being? Because who you are being is really the key to success. I mean, that's it. It's not what you're doing. You don't need to do more as an entrepreneur. You guys are doing enough. Quit doing and start being be the person that like you're stretching yourself into being this phenomenal person. Even when your things are perfect, you're holding it all, you're holding it all. You're able to say, yeah, but my attitude is amazing. I am being that person because it's really who I am. And I'm not going to let the circumstance bring me into a being that I'm not, because that will attract everything you want or it'll attract everything you don't want. Right.

Speaker2:
It's just such timely information. Marichal, I can't tell you. I mean, it's like it's like you are reading my personal mind and saying this. You're the second person in a very short period of time that has brought a similar topic up. And I'm doing something right now in approach to my business that is not accepted. And it's it's also not not it's not accepted by people who are traditional salespeople. Let me put it that way. So people don't freak out and go, what are you doing? That's an unknown. It's called integrity. Nothing but, you know, full of character and integrity. Yeah. I spent a lot of time with people and I don't charge them money to give them value, but I'm doing it for a specific reason. And that's to make sure where I fit both ways before I even bring up money. But in the meantime, I get to help them. And I look and you said, you know, be yourself. Be, you know, be what? I forget the exact words you said. But they're on point about do what is you're meant to do. Do what feels right. That's what I'm getting from this. Do what you love to do. And I got that advice earlier, and it wasn't given to me.

Speaker2:
It was another guest on the show saying similar things. It's like when everything changed for them was when they started doing what they love to do, the way they love to do it. And so it may not be, though, the way your coach will tell you how to do it, your mentor, your partners and all that. But if it doesn't resonate with you, then what Marco is telling you is absolute truth. It's going to it's going to stifle your growth a little bit or a lot if you're not free. But look, she's a perfect example. She started doing what she wanted to do, what she felt was right deep inside and everything just opened up for her. And now things are going and flowing. Very wonderful. So you're you're a great example for people to listen to and to follow. And I appreciate you for coming on the show. I told you. I told you, I guarantee you massive value. And she's already delivered. In fact, we're going to call the show over now. I'm kidding. But she's put in a show is worth the value in half the time it would normally take. So I appreciate you for doing that, Maréchal. You're just doing it naturally because that's who you are.

Speaker3:
We just having a really great conversation. We've been looking forward to this for like a year. I think so. We have a lot to talk about. It's been too long.

Speaker2:
Yes. Thank you, Clarissa Bird. If you're watching for I know

Speaker1:
Right enough

Speaker2:
Together in your own special way, that was phenomenal. Who's also been on this show many moons ago? Oh, a long time ago. That's crazy. All right. I like to talk about business a little bit, if you don't mind, because there's one question I love to ask every successful entrepreneur. And the reason I love it is because everyone seems not everyone has a different answer, but they have a slight variation of it. And what used to work 10 years ago doesn't necessarily work today. And the same will be true 10 years out into the future. Mm hmm. When it comes to the wonderful M word, marketing, my I love marketing. I love everything about it. Why? Because it's so complex. There's so many choices, so many ways to do it. And it just it takes time to figure out what is the sweet spot, what is working today? What used to work, like I said, 10 years ago, isn't necessarily working today. So for you, Maréchal, right now, today, what would you say is your best and most powerful form of marketing for your business?

Speaker3:
You ready?

Speaker2:
I'm ready.

Speaker3:
Alignment. Alignment with who I am, what I'm here to do, alignment with me, alignment with expanding who I am. Expands others. It creates space for people to do what they're here to do. And that's what I do, is I help people build a business from their soul, what they're here to do, what their purposes. So when the deeper I align with who I am and and I'm just completely unapologetic about who I am, the universe. It's like marketing for me. And I and I am on social media. If you want like that human, you know, answer is I'm on social media a lot. That's why I market. How do people actually. How am I magnetizing myself? By aligning with who I am, unapologetically doing what I love, being a woman who can hold it all and is always expanding and hiring, a mentor who stretches me, expands me and, you know, blows my mind. So, yeah, that's I mean, honestly, it's it's when you say marketing is different than it was 10 years ago or, you know, it's different than it was last year, because now in we've come into I don't know if you know this and I'm going to get a little woo woo. So, you know, whatever. But, you know, last December, we shifted into a higher age. People are starting to wake up and become more conscious. And so those of us who have almost been like waiting for this moment, we're like, yes, it's here. So now we're really getting into what is wealth? What is alignment? Right. Who are you and what are you here to do? And so the way to market is align with what you're here to do. And what you're here to do is unlike anything anybody else is doing. So are there people out there building businesses? Yeah.

Speaker3:
Sure. And helping people Tunç. Is there somebody doing it exactly like me? Absolutely not. How do I know this? This is the. Oh, my God. You guys want to make a lot of money like this is it. This is the money. Create something that doesn't exist in this world right now. Treat it from your soul. So in my work, I say that I help people build a business from their soul. I can help find your gift and monetize your gift. Ok, great. What does that mean? It means what it means. I have a yearlong course. I have ways to do that. What I do that's different is what I call an alignment. An alignment is traveling into the realm that we go after we die before we're born, because remember, I had a near-death experience. So I bring spirituality into everything. So we go into the alignment, which is me traveling with you, me taking the whole class into the area, into the realm we go when we die or before we're born. We don't actually die. Story about that. And you get the answers that you need, because when you get the answers yourself, it's unshakable. It's like an unshakable truth. You know, it it's a spiritual experience. So that's how I'm helping people build a business. It's different than anyone else. You've heard Differentiator died. I think there's a book called that there's all these marketing things, but really it comes down to aligning with who you are unapologetically and creating from your soul. Something that the world has not seen. But you are here to do it. You're here to become it, to launch it, to market it, to make a lot of money off of it. So go do it. Don't apologize.

Speaker2:
I love every moment of that. So much so.

Speaker1:
Thank you. I got two of them.

Speaker2:
Oh, and there'll be many more of these people dropping bombs like that for sure. Oh, my goodness, we got em. Kovács from YouTube. Jane Eriko is awesome. Thank you. And he had the aligning. Yes. Yes. And so you are the first one ever on this show to answer it that way. And I applaud you. You know what? That form of marketing could be timeless and should be, you know, when I say it and it's

Speaker3:
Effortless and it's free. Well, OK. I invest heavily in myself. So I don't know if it's free because I'm always growing more. But it it when you do it, there's no more effort. There's no more hustle. You're just like.

Speaker1:
Being it's so much fun.

Speaker2:
Good luck to you, added hiring a mentor to that mix. Yeah, I think that's so valuable. So. Was there resistance or hesitation in your mind before you brought in a mentor and paid them to help you? Or was it just, I need it, I'm going for it now?

Speaker3:
So I've had a few mentors, and I'd say this is the best one I've ever had, because the other ones, you know, when I think of mistakes I've made, I've hired the wrong mentors that didn't see me. And see, I have a mentor now that truly sees me and really pushes me and expands me. And was there hesitation? No. I knew I wanted to work with her. I can tell you the dollar amount that I spend per month, I've never spent that before. And so there wasn't necessarily hesitation. It was just working and going, OK, that's what I want. Ok, you know, this is what I want. The money's there. So I really had to get away from. And that's a drop, how much per month? You know, and really like, no, I don't get to go there. That's not going to help but say, OK, this is amazing. I'm going to be a woman who spends that much on herself every month. Show me what you got. The universe. And it did.

Speaker2:
I love investing in your old self. And yeah, so, so similar to things. Oh, my goodness. You know, have you ever been sitting in a seminar or something where the speaker is about to unleash their wonderful program on you and you want it? You're like, this is perfect for me. I need this. And then that that little devil poufs on your shoulder and says, yeah, but you don't have the money. It's not there. It's not, you know, you know how much you have and blah, blah, blah. And that's happened to me time and time again until I learned a different way. And that was if I know it feels good, if I know it's going to be good for me, I have a crystal ball. I don't know. To achieve the results are going to be what I want. But you feel it intensely. You know, this is right down the I need this now. I just say yes. I don't care. I don't think about the money anymore. I say yes. How much is it OK if I don't have that in my bank account? I said, can we work out a payment plan or something anyway? If I had not said yes and gone in the back and ask them, then I wouldn't be where I am today. I wouldn't have the wonderful blessings in my life because I've grown immensely just from seeing that one three letter word called. Yes. And yeah, when you make a habit of doing that and be sure that you feel that it's right for you, because, you know, we have no right. It's like this is good for me. It's just that hesitation, resistance of the money part is what keeps so many people from crushing it like this young lady.

Speaker3:
And I mean, like literally you're giving away the secret of how to make a lot of money. That's it. When you know you want something, do it. Don't wait. Don't hesitate. Don't think about the money. Do it. And that was I would say that was one of the harder lessons I learned was you do it. Even if you don't have the money right now, you just do it. The money appears because you said yes, because you were aligned. Your your intuition was pulling you. You need to do this. And then your mind is like my overriding all your intuition, but your intuition is going to be the one. That's right. And we do that. We're like, oh, and you know, I would say it's Niños. It's expensive. Sometimes it's free or cheap and you want it. Why does your mind override it? Because your mind isn't really interested in growth and expansion and enlightenment. Your mind is like trying to keep you alive and safe. So if we stay where we are, then everything's OK and I'm safe and that's our mind. So if to be really careful because your mind is not on board with you expanding into the greatest, most amazing version of yourself, I think it takes some training. But that is exactly the secret right there, Brian, is is to say yes.

Speaker2:
Sweet, sweet. Up, up she's talking, she's more mobile. I agree with you. And Colebatch don't really like a first name, if that's OK. And she's here's the green light, she says. So true. Yeah. What a breath of fresh air you are. I mean, I didn't know you. We met. I don't even know. Did we even talk during that whole thing that we were on?

Speaker1:
Like, no, no, we didn't.

Speaker2:
Production by way of a mutual friend. Mm hmm. And for whatever reason, it took a long time to get on this show. And I'm glad, you know, the time was right. It doesn't matter when it happens. It's because it's the time is right when it does happen. And I appreciate you for spending a full hour, which we're not there yet, but, you know, spending your time. And you went through a lot to get on this show, as I know, because you were sent a lot of information and things to do to prepare for the show. And you did a great job. And the thing is, my whole goal is for you to shine, my guest to shine. I want you to be prepared. I want you to look great. I want you to sound great. I want you to be relaxed and present and ready what you are. If you did it all. That's why it's so successful, because you did the thing just like you always do. It's an example of who you are. You are already your you're you're showing by proof, by action that you do what it takes to be a successful person, period. And so I just wanted I know that she is a woman who lives by example, and I barely know her.

Speaker1:
And I can tell you that. Thank you.

Speaker2:
What she's done in preparation for her appearance on this show. And there was it wasn't any small amount. It was there were quite a few things to jump through.

Speaker3:
But you make it easy. You do make it easy. You are probably the most organized show I've ever been on. You make it very easy. So thank you.

Speaker2:
And it's so funny. I'm glad you said organization growing up person. Because if you get to the top of my desk right now

Speaker1:
And this the thing

Speaker2:
This is a great point, though, for anybody when it comes to quality and professionalism. I see so many people take the shortcut and it just does not bode well. I've done everything I possibly can to make the show as high quality as possible from every vantage point, from the graphics to the communication with Marico that nobody else sees up to the execution of it to go in through technical issues right before we started the show to all kinds of fun stuff, but being prepared and ready to tackle it. And when you do that in your business, then people notice that and it's a reflection on you, not so much just your business, but it it also permeates your business as well. It's anything you touch and have to do it. People are more apt to do business with you if they see a perception of quality being organized and professionalism. I mean, what do you think about that?

Speaker3:
Absolutely. Especially in the digital age when you're not buying a thing. You know, I'm not I just paid somebody a lot of money. I didn't get a phone in the mail. I didn't I didn't walk out of the store with anything. Right. And so with that, you really do need to be organized. Professional graphics need to be completely on point, because people that's what they're walking away with is sometimes like in my industry, they're walking away with with a mentorship or program, but they don't have a thing that they're holding that they're like, OK, I bought this thing. So you really have to be so organized, so polished, so professional. You know, my standards for my business is is honestly, it sounds really funny, but a lot of what I do what drives me is I treat people the way I wish I had been treated sometimes, not all the time, you know, so I've been treated really well. But when I look at some of the ways and I'm like, OK, I see how some people are doing that. I wish I hadn't been treated that way. I'm going to try and I'm creating my own world. Right. So I'm like, oh, so that means I could just do what I want to do. I'm going to make it up. I don't care if no one else is doing it. You know, it's like what feels good to me in the moment. My intuition is like, do this. And I'm like, ooh, OK. And I love spoiling my life. I love to showering them with love and attention and wisdom and whatever I can give them. So. But you do you have to be so organized and so polished

Speaker2:
And you bring up a really fantastic point that it's very important to learn the right things to do. And it is just as important, if not even more, to learn the things to avoid doing. And when you when you feel those things like you did Maréchal, and you say, well, I don't want to treat other people like I was treated at that time, so I'm not going to do that. I'm going to do what I know that would be better. I've watched sneakers. I'm a student of speakers, more than a student at the seminar. Now, when I go watch and I've seen some that just blow my mind what they're doing in a bad way, I'm like, what are you doing? Why? And, you know, I would never, never inherently on purpose do anything close to what they're doing. But that person also did some things I really, really liked and that were very profound. So actually integrated those into my stage time in the future. So you can take good things from people that you have a bad experience with, as well as just learn things that are. Be aware of the things that aren't resonating with you and just don't put those don't model that in your business, because some people just blindly model whatever they've seen by a mentor, even though certain things may not be in alignment with their value system. And you can see it, feel it, since it's like a dog sensing fear, you know.

Speaker3:
And honestly, if that happens, you need a new mentor because your mentor, you shouldn't have to like negotiate. Well, I like this part of him or her, but not that part. I mean that you have to be so in alignment with them. So if that is happening, you may have outgrown your mentor.

Speaker2:
Ok, come on. Now, I'm

Speaker3:
Asking you, do you outgrow your mentor sometimes? It happens. You can keep growing, you find someone in your like trying to grow to where they are and then you do and then you're having things you're like, I doesn't feel good. Hmm. Well, find a new mentor. You move out from them and then you get to because you're like, have this guilt of like, oh, well, I love her. I love. Now this is business. You're amazing, unapologetic, man. You're going to be so and I don't mean brutal or rude or any of that, just unapologetic about the fact that you are amazing, that you are here on this planet to do incredible things that the world has not seen. And you don't get to do that and be apologizing for how special you are. No, we're apologizing that your growth rate is exponentially faster than somebody else's. Now, don't apologize for that. Just keep going. Keep stretching. Literally what you want is on the other side of that. So just keep going. But I have like one of my classes I love it's called the unapologetic soul, because I had to I got to teach people like really break it down, like look at how you're apologizing for who you are. Right. And so it's you have to you have to integrate all of it. But yeah, being like completely badass and unapologetic about it and aligned with who you're meant to be and what you love. That's the that's what I love ushering in as far as like a new way of doing business and what an entrepreneur is.

Speaker2:
All right. Who out there right now can see and hear the passion?

Speaker1:
And this is

Speaker2:
Who out here believes every word she is saying is true? Like I do. I mean, who out here can really resonate? And then this feel good hearing what she's saying right now. For me, all of the above are true. And just in the comments. Yes. Oh, here we go.

Speaker1:
Yeah.

Speaker3:
Thank you. Thank you, Larry. Yeah. You know, there's a certain things that I don't resonate with, and I think a lot of people don't. And we think we're stuck with it and we're not. I just I got to this point one day where I just was so fed up with with how things were done and the conditioning that I had. And I was like, no, I'm going to make up my own world. I'm done with the rules. I've had a pretty good bird's eye view right when I had a near-death experience of what the reality is, what's going on here when I'm here to do. And, you know, it's funny because it's like, you know, you're here to do something. And then once you figure it out, you start going like, well, how are you? Well, who's doing? Well, what? You look for a template. You are the template. There is no template. It's you. It's what do you love? What feels good? What do you resonate with what you want to create? What do you not want to create? Right. So I just make up. I just make stuff up. And it's like as I make up what I love, the courses, I call them container. So the containers I create, you know, how I work with people, I just create because it's coming out of my soul. Right. My alignment's I didn't go to class for that. No one taught me that I knew how to do it because it was just what I've always done. And I actually had people tell me it's, oh, that's too much or you can't do that. That's people won't like that. Really?

Speaker1:
Well, yeah,

Speaker3:
You can't listen to them. You got to just do it. And that's probably the hardest thing, right, when you're doing something. I just a little rant now when you're doing something that hasn't been done and then you're like you kind of feel like, oh, my God, I'm like, oh, my God. Because it hasn't been done. So you don't know if it's going to be accepted Scott. You don't know if they're going to love it or hate it. Here's the thing. If you love it, the aligned Kleinhenz are going to flock to you because they've been waiting for you to do what you're here to do. They're literally like waiting for you to create an offer so that they can come and join your world. So you have to be so brave.

Speaker2:
I mean, think about it. Think about yourself when you're going through the process of thinking, should I do this? What is your intention? Is your intention good? Yeah, it's bad. If your intentions are good and you're loving it, there's no reason not to go forward no matter what anybody says, in my humble opinion. My goodness, everybody was responding back when I was saying how many are noticing her passion and hearing her passion and less? One hundred percent from Chris Frederick. Yes, it's frien. Oh, that is so true. I am the template. I love that. Thank you, Cindy Headly. Wow. What a great, fantastic group. And Batiste, my old friend, Batiste, fitness experts. You go girl and saying tell it how it is.

Speaker1:
Thank you.

Speaker2:
So this show's about you, but thank you, Batiste's. She said Bryan is a great. So that one's going nuts. All right. Appreciate that. I love everything you're saying. So it's so resonates because like I was saying before, approach I'm taking currently. It feels so good to do it this way. No matter all the backlash and talk I'm getting from coaches and mentors and it is happening, they're saying that's not that's not the way we tell you to do it. It's like, well, it's what's working for me. It feels good and I resonate with everything you're saying so strongly. This is amazing. Good gosh. I just looked at the time. I cannot believe.

Speaker1:
Oh, my God. That's what happens. Well.

Speaker2:
It's so true. Time flies when you're having fun. And also when you're getting great value and impact from an amazing young woman named Marichal Frederick. Oh, my goodness. Clarissa, where she been hiding you all these months?

Speaker3:
I love Clarissa. She's so much fun. She's she's she's a special soul.

Speaker2:
I agree. What so bright, so intelligent. I mean, Jiminy Christmas, she was an international supermodel at one point. And yeah, she's just so so. She works harder than anybody I've ever met. I mean, one of the hardest working people. She's amazing. So I'll be watching Clarissa. Yes. So it's Colebatch also knows. Of course it is. So it's a tight knit group here. I love it. Fantastic. Let's see. So there are two kinds of I don't know their employees that work for other people, and there are entrepreneurs that start their own business, take a lot of risk and jump off the cliff and then hope they have a parachute to to deploy on the way down. So for you, if you could pick a favorite part of being an entrepreneur, you know what aspect of being an entrepreneur really resonates with you? If you could if you could encapsulate that in just one word. What might that word be?

Speaker3:
Expansion. Because honestly, if you're going to be a successful entrepreneur in this new age, in this new paradigm, you are expanding who you are. So you have personal growth, spiritual growth, financial growth, business growth, scaling, right, and it's just expansion. I love it. I have so much fun at all levels. It's not business is not about making money. I mean, it's fun. I love the money. It's money doesn't exist when you leave this world. So it really it's not about money. It really is this this experience of expanding who you are serving others loving life, being in alignment, because that's what really matters. The money is a reflection. The universe is like, I love what you're doing. You want rectangular green stuff. Here you go. It doesn't exist. Right. I was teaching a class last night and we touched on money. And it was like people are like, oh, I don't know if I can make that and if I can charge that. I'm like, literally, if you were like universe, I really want to be a collector. And then all of a sudden you're finding toothpicks everywhere in the universe, like, look, there's going to that and you're excited. The universe is exciting to toothaches. And I'm like, well, what if you want green, rectangular, square pieces of paper? And the universe is like, oh, my God, look, it is a bunch of rectangular green papers just like you like. The universe doesn't have an opinion about it. We do. Our little human minds do. But, you know, get excited about what you do and who you are and who you're being in the business. And the universe will be excited, too. With little rectangular green pieces of paper

Speaker2:
And hopefully lots of them for everyone. Yeah. Watching for you or anyone that you know is here to do something good for others and and for themselves as well. And yeah, just go out there and crush it, make a lot of money so you can serve a lot of people and help more people. And again, like I said, it doesn't matter what your services, as long as you're helping people at the end of it or your product, then just and you love it. Everything medicalising it takes it takes some years to figure this stuff out, living on this planet, you know, to to go through life experiences that go through the horrific experiences you've been through of late Marico. And sometimes that's what's necessary to kind of kick us in the head and wake us up. Not that anyone's kicking your head. It's just that they kind of help steer you or wake you up. Kind of kind of smack your head to a different direction, know, oh, maybe I should go that way. And the cool thing is, not everybody has to go through these these experiences, because what they can do is simply connect with someone who has like Maréchal and she can just help you navigate those waters without going through those difficult times. And to do it in a much rapid or more rapid pace than if you were to do it all by yourself.

Speaker2:
Think of Maréchal as your mentor. I mean that just think of that. And when you get aligned with her. And we're going to bring up how you can connect with her in just a moment. Oh, by the way, she has a gift for you as well. I'm glad people are hanging on. I'm watching the number. Good job. Stay on to the end, because she has a phenomenal gift and it's got a timeline on it. So you don't want to leave. You want to you want to grab this right away. In addition to how to win a five night vacation, stay so you stick with us. I haven't forgotten. I won't forget. Never forget that good stuff. By the way, I do want to do that. I want to pivot over to your business, Maréchal, and go a little bit deeper into what it is you do. I'd love to give you the opportunity to tell people, like maybe what kind of person we know, their solo partners and other business folks, what kind of like from what you've dealt with in your experience, what kind of issues have they come to you with? And then what was the the journey like with you? And then on the other end, what was the end result for them if they've reached that point yet? Because I know you.

Speaker3:
Yeah. In like one minute. No pressure. So people that come to me, they do they know inside, like deep inside their soul. They're meant for something more. They're meant to do something. They can't figure out what that is. They're gifted. They're usually gifted or they have a message of some kind. Right. I don't mean like gifted. Like you're all psychic. I mean, like there's something that you're here to burst into the world to create. And so I do I help them create a business from their soul so that they can do what they're here to do. But I also help them become the person that can do that. I talked a lot about being unapologetic about who you are. So I have a yearlong container and I each within that year long container is 14 courses. And I teach live. I teach on Zoom and Scott coaching. I'm in your life, in your business, and I help people launch what they're here to create. And so I also do work do some one on one work with people helping them as well. But most people go straight into my program, whether it's a one time program, a masterclass or the year long. That's how I work with people. So I'm all about helping people. Do the personal alignment work so that they can become the person they appear to be? Birth, what they're here to birth so that they can create that business or scale that business. So my clients come to me and they already make good money, but they're stuck and they're burnt out about what they do. And they can't really talk about that. Like, you know, they can't talk about like I'm so sick my business. Right. You can't say that out loud. And so we start to pivot it and say, well, why don't you work in your gifts? Because when you work in your gifts with your gift, you don't get tired of what you're doing because you you're you're literally just being you and getting paid to be you. So I'm all about helping people make money, but in alignment with with their soul. What they're going to do is amazing.

Speaker2:
Amazing. So you'll definitely want to stick on. It's not going to be long from now. The gift that she has for you and you can see our website, their sole priority dot com Bessel. You will p r o r i t y dot com. So go visit that and get an about free masterclass. Wait on that one for a moment. We got something good for you. So definitely want to thank you for kind of letting people know what you're about, what they are for a yearlong course or program that has a for 14 courses in a container. I love that container concept. Where did that come from?

Speaker3:
One of my mentors.

Speaker2:
Oh, OK. That's interesting. It's a different way of framing it. And it's not like it is, of course.

Speaker3:
No. And it's all live. I don't do I don't do prerecorded stuff at all. I don't like it. I want to be connected to you.

Speaker1:
I love it.

Speaker3:
It's not fun. I don't talk to a camera.

Speaker2:
I could I mean, there are certain things that's good to do that for ancillary, like after you're done, if you need more details to record those things. But the interaction part has to

Speaker3:
Be like for me.

Speaker2:
Yeah. And certain services and certain product spaces. That's definitely the best way to go, for sure. If it's something technical, that's a tough one.

Speaker1:
Yeah.

Speaker2:
Do interactively is like I can't find it.

Speaker3:
No upload that would take forever.

Speaker1:
Yeah.

Speaker2:
No right click there now and now. Now control. Hey, you

Speaker1:
Know all that

Speaker3:
Nobody could know. But for what I do, I love I love alive. And you know, people jump in anywhere from one day to two weeks or weeks or the whole year. It's kind of whenever they feel like they want fantastic.

Speaker2:
I this clock is my enemy.

Speaker1:
So anyway, I

Speaker2:
Want to almost everyone who stayed here till the end that they would have the opportunity to win a five night vacation, stay at a five star luxury resort. We're going to do that in just a moment. And what I like to close out every show and plus, medical has a gift for you, so don't go anywhere. I like to close out every show with one special question, Michael. I love this question. And I cannot wait I cannot wait to hear your answer, because I know it's going to be profound. And it may be one word. It may be a paragraph. I don't know. I can't wait. It's going to be amazing. I love asking this question. It's how I close every show. But before we do that again, I'm going to now show everyone this is how you can enter to in that five night vacation state off five star luxury resort. And I'll tell you about Markle's and right after that. So if you're watching this live, this is for you that are watching like this is the one time you get to take your gaze away just for a moment and open up a new tab or write this down and you can do this after the show. So don't worry, there's not like a you have to get it done before the next five minutes are up. No, you can do this any time for the next couple of hours or so. So I'm going to put it up on the screen. So you want to go to a certain website and that website is r y p that stands for a reach your peak like company r y p dot.

Speaker2:
I am forward slash vacation. Our whippy dot. I am for Syesha vacation go enderlin. And we pick out a random winner each and every show and you will get a response if you are the winner, you will get an email telling you with fanfare and party favors blowing. No, just an email. And it'll be exciting though. You do want to enter this because this is an amazing, amazing prize that our friends at the big insider secrets give to us to give to you. It's just an amazing, amazing thing. And I promise you, it's not one of those where they all whisked away to the basement and beat you over the head and try to sell you a timeshare has nothing to do with that. It's a legitimate vacation state. I know that because Jason himself has gone on it three times. He's tested the very system that he gives us to give away to you. So enjoy that. I can't wait to see who enters. And then Michael has won. So let's do this first and then we'll end it with that wonderful question. So I'm going to bring up that other site of yours. And I'll pull it up and let you take it away and explain what it is these wonderful people are getting the opportunity to embark on. So here we go on this one.

Speaker3:
There we go. All right. Oh, here we are. Make money being you. So we've talked a lot about alignment and just being you. Well, I want to help you make money by just being you. So I happen to have a masterclass coming up on September 9th at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, 8:00 Eastern Time. And it is two hundred and twenty two dollars. But for your audience, for our audience tonight, I have a special code to get them in for free. Now, this is not one of the free Facebook courses. I can. I do master classes. I do. That's different. This is really me pouring into you and giving you the exact answers and doing the coaching with you live. So this container is two hundred and twenty two dollars. But if you're watching all the way to the end what you have. You can put in and I know you have a link for us. Reach your peak and you will be able to get that class, get into the container for free. And you'll also be able to watch the replay. So if 099, you're busy that day, that night, you can still go ahead and register and use reach your peak as the code and you'll get in for free.

Speaker2:
Thank you. I mean, sincerely, thank you for making us available to everyone that's watching here live. And yes, it's time that September 9th that's not far away. Twenty twenty one. So, of course, for you, listening to the recording, it's probably too late. It's OK. What you want to do is definitely go to social priority dot com and connect with Marco there and make sure that you let her know you saw her on this very show because she'll probably give you some extra special treatment.

Speaker3:
There are some actually, I'm going to leave it up for a little bit, because I know some people just aren't available for live. But if they do watch it within a short period of time, they will get the offer. They will get to get into this container for free.

Speaker2:
Wow. That's phenomenal.

Speaker3:
And this is what I do. The five D, this is what I do. The alignment I charge for that. I don't normally do those for free. So that's what that is.

Speaker2:
Yeah, it's a two hundred and twenty two dollar value right there. I love the two's very unique. I love it all. Oh, yes. And stuff says thank you. Well, look at that.

Speaker1:
Wonderful. Chris, thank you. Oh, that is a link

Speaker2:
In the chat. Thank you very much. That was a link shortener that I didn't have time to read on the show.

Speaker3:
I know many link right now and working on that one.

Speaker2:
Good job, Chris. Thank you for that. And even put in the discount code. Right. Thank you so much. Appreciate that. I think I think you might know who that is.

Speaker1:
Just might be

Speaker2:
Somebody that we know. That's pretty cool. Have that kind of support.

Speaker1:
Yeah. All right.

Speaker2:
So I want to one I want to say it out loud. So it's the the URL is our IP. I am forward slash sole priority, AMC. All one word. Our IP that I am forward slash sole priority. Amc discount code. Reach your peak altogether. Lowercase. So be sure to do that as soon as you possibly can to make sure you get it in in time. All right. With that. You know what time it is? You don't you Marcall.

Speaker3:
It is, yeah, it's it's time for this this amazing question that energy is building. I'm excited for it.

Speaker2:
And you're going to love it and just say, you know, and I like to you know, I know there was some build up to it, but I want you to know that there is no such thing. As a wrong answer. It flat out doesn't exist, it's just the opposite. The only correct answer is yours. It's what is unique, what makes you unique, and it's going to be unique to you. I've asked this question of, gosh, one hundred and sixty shows or so, and No. Two yet. No to have been the same answer. Can you believe that? It's amazing. Wow. Well, with that and it could take you you could have it like this or it could take you a few seconds. Either way, doesn't matter because it's your answer. It's the right one. So and I know you have you know how to like absorb that and own that and just say, OK, I get it, because that's what makes you tick right now. You're helping people do the same. So with that, are you ready?

Speaker3:
I am.

Speaker1:
I knew you would be. All right.

Speaker2:
Maréchal Frederick. How do you define.

Speaker1:
Success. Who?

Speaker3:
So I'm going to go a little deep here. Is that all right? It is the paragraph. When you leave this world, you see everything you did and everything you could have been. They show it to you. Or at least that's what happened to me. So for me, success is going to be when I leave this world when I'm old, that I can look at my life and say, yeah, I did it and have the universe. Nodding. Yeah, you did. That's success.

Speaker2:
You know, wouldn't be complete without the drop. I love it, I love it, and yeah, I had to be something else to experience near death and to see everything like that was like that could be another show by itself. Maybe we'll have you back. Well, I mean, the thing about it is it transformed you. It changed you in a profound way and obviously in a good way, because you're now impacting so many lives and you're doing it, like you say, unapologetically, which I think is so powerful. It's a powerful thing and unapologetically, it's very powerful.

Speaker3:
And if I could give everybody one gift, it's stop apologizing for how gifted you are. Quit shrinking from how gifted you are now. Smart you are from what it is you're here, whether it's wisdom or a gift like whatever, quit apologizing because it's not worth it. When you leave this world, you're like, oh, my God, what was I thinking? I always tell my clients, like, stop acting so human.

Speaker1:
Go do the same thing.

Speaker3:
Quit acting so human.

Speaker1:
I love

Speaker2:
It. Yes, Cindy, I really enjoyed the show. Yes. You know what? So I thank you, too. Thank you. Is the reason

Speaker3:
I have so enjoy this. Thank you. This has been a lot of fun.

Speaker2:
Oh, and I get to have all the fun. This is the great. I love what I get to do. I tell you, I mean, this is I am the most blessed person on the planet. I mean, I have an amazing wife who is my wife. I love what I get to do and talk to people like you. I'm a blessed man. And is it a perfect life? No, it won't be until I think the good lord takes me home. And then it will be perfect. Then that's OK. This is just a precursor, in my humble opinion. A group in the ad, Chris Frederick Gracious host Yeah. Chris? Yes. And Marco, you are so amazing. I cannot.

Speaker3:
So are you. This is so fun, Ryan. You are such a pro. This has been. I just love how we've just gotten to just be natural. So thank you. You know, real conversation is is that's where the coaching comes in. It's just real conversation. Nothing scripted. So thank you for creating this and inviting me.

Speaker2:
Oh, gosh.

Speaker1:
Thank you, Clarissa. Oh, I know. It's a love fest. I love it. All right.

Speaker2:
Well, let's see. We took care of the prizes. We're good to go. I think that is a wrap. Ladies and gentlemen, I appreciate you all for staying on there. Still hanging on, Marichal. And I want to say thank you personally for your time. Your time is precious. Thank you to your husband for allowing us to have you for this time as well, even though he's there supporting you. Thank you for supporting her. That's an amazing guy right there. I love that.

Speaker3:
Yes, that's a whole show, too.

Speaker2:
Yeah. As so. Oh, yes. I love I love any man that supports his wife and vice versa.

Speaker3:
Oh, and you know, I mean, you've. Yeah. Being bedridden, being sick like I was. And let your wife went through like there's a thing that the spouse goes through that you don't know until you're in it. So you're in it and you're here. So thank you. That's that's a different level. And I know where you're at.

Speaker2:
Yeah. Thanks to all the spouses and just thinks for everyone who puts others first and loves them. Like Maréchal, who does this with her clients, who you probably don't think of as clients, more like friends or the people you're responsible for helping to get more success in their life. So I appreciate you, appreciate Kris, appreciate everybody that's been on here interacting. You guys have been amazing, but we have to call it a night at some point. So unfortunately, that time is now. So. On behalf of the amazing medical Frederich, I am Brian Kelly, the host of the Mind Body Business Show. We'll be back again next week with another great episode. I can't wait to see you all there once again until then. So long, everybody. And be blessed. Take care now.
